OUR PAYMENT PROCESS

Prior to making honorarium payments ALOE reviews survey responses 

ALOE makes honorarium payments within 10 working days of survey completion

Payments are made by PayPal or the following gift cards: Mastercard, Visa, and Amazon

Survey respondents are able to select the payment type

All payments are electronic, i.e. PayPal direct to your account and gift cards to your email

Gift card payments are processed by our payment partner Rybbon.net, you will receive an email from Rybbon with your payment

If you selected a Mastercard you will be required to complete a simple form and then you will receive an email from Mastercard with your card details

MISSING PAYMENTS

If you are unable to locate your honorarium payment please send an email to [email protected], please include the following in your email:

• Your full name

• Survey reference number which would have been below the title of the survey or from the survey email invitation (if you captured it)

• The approximate date of completing the survey 

• The email address you provided for payment in the survey
